Redz kicks off a series of Chef’s Table dinners in Mount Laurel

Want to start the new year exploring new tastes?

Redz restaurant in Mount Laurel will host a Chef’s Table food and wine pairing on Thursday, Jan. 24.

It is the first in a series of special dinners planned for the year. Chef Roelof de Groot will create a special menu, with each course paired with wines selected by Sommelier Charlie Beatty and Filippo Cammarata of Wine Works in Marlton.

The meal will begin with a Butternut Squash Soup, paired with Ottosoldi 2017 Gavi. The second course will feature Frisée Salad with apple, bacon, goat cheese tossed in an apple cider and honey mustard vinaigrette, served with Pasqua
11 Minutes 2017 Rose.
